Do Canadians realize why the world is enraged and disgusted by Marc Kennedy? The fault was minor. The true crime was the cover-up. “I didn’t f***ing touch it!” he screamed despite being filmed in 4K; then he denied the video, doubled down, and accused Sweden of cheating for catching him. All it took to rectify was an apology in front of the cameras. Instead? No shame. No apology. Just entitled, obstinate preening and victimhood. That smarmy meltdown isn’t an outlier. It’s the Canadian national character in full bloom: entitled to the max and convinced of their own moral superiority while spitting on the Olympic spirit. That’s a bad look. No wonder everyone else sees the rot behind the Canadian politeness act. Many outside Canada say the sport he plays and the gold medal he won will forever be tainted 🥌 O Canada… We need to take a long look in the mirror 🤦🏼♂️

FYI to everyone at @WSOP Bahamas I had $2k stolen from a backpack inside of my room at the Cove within the last 48 hours. Was lucky it wasn't anything more, but still very sketchy. Not the experience you want to have traveling to high stakes poker stops.
