Life took one hell of a turn this month. Got super sick with 40° fevers, spent 2 weeks in 3 hospitals in Vietnam. They couldn’t find what I had, so I flew to the Netherlands. They found: inflamed blood vessels. Went from 57 to 49kgs Biggest scare of my life. Health is everything.

Q1 is big for us…
In the next days and weeks you’ll find out how right or wrong we were about @AIWayfinder x Claude.
and then you’ll find out how right or wrong we were about AI and gaming with @ParallelColony…
Plus we will ship TCG in a state where it’s ready to compete and scale with the big boys.
I’m looking forward to seeing how this all plays out. //

@gudmansachs crypto is only market in the world where something can go from 0-> $100M+ in less than a month
for this reason alone memecoins will never die

There’s a misconception worth clearing up around @AIWayfinder tool releases — including today’s HIP3.
Yes, you can use the tools yourself via prompting.
But the tools aren’t built for you.
They’re built for AI to use.
Of course it’s easier for you to click a button than to prompt an agent — that’s obvious.
What people miss is this:
These tools allow agents to autonomously execute strategies, adapt to markets, and optimize returns without you ever clicking anything.
Zero clicks > one click > prompting.
So don’t view new tools as “cool, I can now prompt the agent to do X.”
View them as: “Agents now have another capability they can autonomously use to generate return.”
The breadth of available tools = the range of strategies agents can execute. The range of strategies = their ability to perform across market conditions.
You prompting tools is just the transitional layer on the path to fully autonomous strategy execution — something already live today, with more coming.
TL;DR
- Tools expand what strategies are possible
- More strategies = resilience across market conditions
- Resilience across market conditions = autonomous performance

📣 Two-Month Update: What We’ve Been Building (and Why It Matters)
I haven’t said much over the last two months because I’ve been heads-down ripping apart every part of what we’re doing—refining what works, cutting what doesn’t, and doubling down on the products that can genuinely win. This update is overdue, so here’s exactly where we are across Games + Wayfinder, and why we’re taking this direction.
🎴 Trading Card Game (TCG) @ParallelTCG
Our goal is simple: be the best. To do that, we’re leaning into the things that truly differentiate us while making sure we don’t alienate traditional TCG players.
What we have today:
- World-class card art
- A world-class pack-opening experience
- A uniquely high-skill game
Until now we’ve mostly lived on gaming PCs, but that’s changing. We’re on track to ship a major overhaul in Q1, built for what the top of the mobile TCG market actually expects. This new build is already shaping up to be exceptional—faster, cleaner, more intuitive, and more appealing to mainstream players.
Post-release objective: scale.
If the game scales, everyone wins. That’s the target.
🧬 Colony @ParallelColony
Colony is intentionally unlike anything else:
It sits between a Grok-style companion experience—where you talk to your Colonist—and a 4X lane-combat strategy game.
Why this combination?
Because it gives players both:
- A cozy, expressive relationship with their Colonist, and
- A deep progression game with real strategic choices.
The 4X category has the highest LTV in gaming and almost no innovation. Colony brings something truly new, and we’re holding ourselves to a very high bar—anything less than incredible execution won’t do.
We are tracking toward a Q1 2026 release on iOS and Android, and it’s looking extremely strong.
Post-release objective: scale.
🤖 Wayfinder @AIWayfinder
What’s becoming clear in the data - Wayfinder’s edge is Autonomous Strategies.
We’ve built a live strategies platform on the site today, currently testing with five autonomous agents:
- Hyperliquid Funding Rate Strategy
- Prjx Concentrated LP
- Stablecoin Strategy
- Hyperlend Stable Optimizer
- Moonwell wstETH Loop Strategy
More strategies are coming in the next weeks.
To make this easier for people to deposit into—and ideally make money through—we’re launching a dedicated sub-site focused entirely on access and simplicity.
We’re also releasing a strategy harness that lets anyone build strategies and benefit when others use them.
Autonomous agents are the future of investing.
And we intend to be the place where that future actually works.
🎮 Sanctuary @Sanctuary_B3
The Sanctuary playtest last week was a highlight.
Hundreds of players jumped in and finally experienced the world in full 3D.
A few takeaways:
- People genuinely enjoyed it
- Many had played Arc Raiders already, which made the validation even stronger
- The core loop works, and seeing it resonate at this stage is huge
There’s still a long road ahead—it’s a large, feature-rich project—but the foundation is exactly where it needs to be. No timeline to share yet here. Special thanks to our partners @b3dotfun for bringing this project to life with us!
So What’s on the road ahead?
Wayfinder
Doubling down on Autonomous Strategies and making them accessible to everyone. @AIWayfinder
TCG
World-class mobile release on iOS + Android, launching Q1 2026. @ParallelTCG
Colony
Best-in-class mobile 4X with Grok-style companion interactions, also launching Q1 2026. @ParallelColony
On a personal note, I am optimistic about the future and hope to come up from the pain cave I have been living in to turn things around a bit more frequently in Q1 as we approach release. Thank you! //
