@watsonfuels what on earth has happened to your customer service... I've been on hold for 2+hrs and still waiting for my oil delivery booked on the 13th Sept...? Was told by e-mail and a call this morning it would be by lunchtime, it's now 5pm...!

@watsonfuels shocking customer service from you this week. Paid for oil 3 weeks ago and still not received. Was told a manager will contact me by 5pm tonight and nothing. We are supposed to be on high priority delivery but obviously not!!!
