okay storytime: in 1900 there were fewer than 3,000 cars in all of France. Michelin sold tires. they had a demand problem (not a product problem). so instead of running ads or cutting prices they published a free guide telling drivers where to eat, where to sleep, and where to find fuel. they made driving worth doing. they gave the restaurant industry a rating system nobody asked for that became the most prestigious credential in food, and they never charged a franc for it. 125 years later Michelin still sells more tires than anyone. not because they made the best tire, but because they understood that whoever owns the distribution gets to decide where the value flows... and if you send that value to your partners first, the network compounds in your direction permanently. this is exactly what i've watched @moonpay's partnerships team do over the years and i don't think people appreciate how rare it is. they show up with your metrics already pulled, your integration pre-mapped, a campaign deck that makes YOU look good to YOUR leadership... before they've asked for anything. they deploy "the briefcase technique" at a scale i haven't seen most teams touch. most bd teams walk in and say "here's what we need from you" whereas moonpay walks in and says "here's what we already silver-plattered for you." the distribution is already theirs and they hand it to their partners first. michelin gave restaurants stars, moonpay gives partners wins. this is the same playbook, just a century apart. those 43 promos are well-deserved!
