@wbridgefa @AliMoniEsq Not even the top gay performers on OF or similar sites come close to having an 8-figure business. Whoever is the Empress of Thirst has a MASSIVE account.

Every attorney has a line they never expected to say out loud. Mine was: "Your Honor, the OnlyFans account is actually a marital asset." The husband wanted half. The wife insisted it was "personal expression" and therefore off-limits. She also insisted it barely made any money. We requested the 1099s. It was making more than my entire firm. Opposing counsel looked at the income figures and visibly reconsidered his hourly rate. We hired a valuation expert who, with an entirely straight face, explained subscriber churn, projected brand growth, and the economic value of her "top 0.3%" badge. The judge asked if we could use a different term than "Thirst Empire" in the record. We could not. The husband wanted an ongoing cut of future revenue. The wife said she'd rather delete the account. Our expert confirmed that nuking it would destroy a 8-figure asset. The courtroom went quiet while everyone processed that sentence. We settled: she kept the account, bought him out with a lump-sum payment, and signed a clause promising never to use his likeness or name in any content. As we left, he asked if he could at least get a free subscription. No. He has to pay.

Watch this: A standard Glock being dropped straight into a compact full-auto frame/conversion. Once it’s locked in, you’ve got a small, select-fire machine pistol setup. Clean build on the workbench. “It’s a GlockInStock”

@wbridgefa Interesting. But I think it is also a trend that a lot of students are seeking southern colleges. They are often seen as better value. I think there’s going to be a flight to value that leaves a lot of expensive, traditional colleges behind.

@Toyota 190 days since I hit a deer with my Tundra. It can’t be released to me b/c the shop is still waiting on the grille. Entered a case with you. I’ve received ETAs every month since December. All have come and gone. Now it’s TBD. Not sure I’ll ever get my truck back.

Weird thing happened this week. Needed a small amount of LVP flooring, the place i bought it from charged me but then sent me to a different warehouse to pick up. Nbd because I wanted it then for a project. Asked the guy at the warehouse about what volume I'd need to buy from them to get a wholesale account. Evidently...that's not something you ask? He lectured me on how I would need a show room, make an application, verify assets and finances etc and how the dealer that sent me to them had the best prices he's ever seen. (funny enough I know someone in the next county that has better prices, I just needed a small amount though so no sweat). I thought it was a weird response when he could've just told me I need a showroom and that would've ended the conversation. Then yesterday, the dealer called me to "make sure I got my order", awkward pause and then he starts telling me how they had mentioned my conversation at the warehouse and how he has the best pricing that he's specially negotiated and just won't find anywhere else etc etc. Dude I'm just learning to ask questions. I doubted that I bought enough volume to even do an account but was just curious. Why the amazingly overboard reaction?
