It’s honestly hilarious that Iowa fans are making fun of Fran McCaffery all over the app right now. He just went to an Ivy league school and made the tournament in his first year. Him not making the tournament at Iowa said more about the program than it did him as a coach.

He gave me my first coaching opportunity at Iowa. He believed in me from day 1. Brought me with him to Philly and we got it done year one!!! Forever grateful! What a difference a year makes!!!
