On the 11th of April 2003, brave British photographer Tom Hurndall was shot in the head by an Israeli sniper in Gaza while he shielded Palestinian children from bullets. A young hero risked everything for the innocent… and paid with his life. Humanity will NEVER FORGET Tom Hurndall. He lay in a coma, turned 22 while unconscious, and passed away on 13 January 2004. His courage still shakes the world.

I once watched someone walk away from a $200 deal because they were embarrassed to negotiate. Six months later, they were broke, and that same client was paying someone else double. Learn to negotiate. It is not rude. It is survival.

Stop waiting for someone to hand you permission. Write the business plan, send that application, start the page. Nobody is coming to rescue you. That is the good news
