Who do you use for your car and house/tenants insurance? I’m a 20+ year policy holder with @WeAreJohnson who uses @IntactInsurance as an @ontarionurses member. I will be looking for a new provider. Poor communication, poor customer service who have no appreciation of rural life.

@RSACanada @WeAreJohnson 1.) I submitted a travel claim on 04/01/23 and still no payment. Several emails claiming I need to submit docs. Docs sent many times. I was told via phone all files received. Still getting emails to submit docs. Still not remimbursed $10k for travel exp.

@WeAreJohnson Five hours of phoning. More than a dozen calls. . Every Single Call I made, I was cut off. The technical problems are ridiculous. How can you describe this as Customer Service. Not one person has called me back. Disastrous.

The ageism of the way @WeAreJohnson treats their clients is unbelievable! Need medical devices as a senior? You can bet it will take at least 3 wks to get big ticket items reimbursed while you have no grocery $. Insurance companies scamming seniors! Bottom feeders!

Morgex Insurance likes taking your money, but a phone call,- apparently not an option! They ask you to press one for claims and it rings once. Listening to Silence for 45 minutes makes me wonder if their phone system worksThis happened yesterday as well
