@WeAreZizzi I recently visited your restaurant on The Strand, and was very disappointed in the service. We arrived at 17:10, and ordered. We got our starters within a reasonable time, however waited up to an hour for the main ☹️ (1/4)

@WeAreZizzi absolutely disgusted and so disappointed. Booked a table for Mother's Day to turn up to a full restaurant and no booking. Head office let you book book book, yet pot luck if you get a table! Ruined my Mother's Day meal with my family. Won't be going there again!

@WeAreZizzi Disappointed with our visit to Zizzi Cheam today. We had a 13:15 booking but arrived around 15 mins late due to delays with our four children. The table had been given away and the £10 deposit was still kept. This felt unfair. Could customer service please review?

Popped into the Zizzi Restaurant in Hereford yesterday and honestly thought I’d accidentally boarded a flight to Italy. Best Italian meal I’ve had outside the motherland. Staff were lovely, atmosphere was buzzing, and the food was a chef's kiss. Highly recommended! P.S: I’m now convinced I should be awarded honorary Italian citizenship!! @WeAreZizzi WOW…. won’t be visiting again, that’s for sure. Quick lunchtime pizza and two drinks with my daughter in Cambridge, Pizza came before the drinks, staff were unbelievably slow - and then to ask for a tip which is on a sliding scale starting at 7.5%….. no thanks 1/2
