Happy new week, ladies and gents. I’ve noticed Mondays don’t really change anything on their own. It’s the same work, same responsibilities, same patterns… just a different day on the calendar. But for some reason, we treat it like a reset. Maybe that’s useful, maybe it isn’t. What I’m trying to do this week is pay more attention to how I actually spend my time, not what I plan to do with it. Because the gap between those two is usually where things fall apart. Not trying to overcorrect or suddenly become “disciplined”, just being a bit more aware of what I’m doing and why. That alone probably changes more than setting new goals every Monday. Anyway… we are here again. Let’s see how it goes.
