Last month I applied for an upskill program by @genesystechhub In Partnership with @TechNovasummit . To be honest I didn't expect my application to be accepted, I just decided to try my luck. Earlier this month I received this email confirming that I've been onboarded to the upskill program. At first I was happy that I got accepted but then again, I had gone far in my learning journey and this can drag me backward. So I decided not to participate in the program. Yesterday night, I was going through my email and I bumped into the email again an a thought came into my head, "why not participate in the program and use it as an opportunity to revise all that I've learnt. Plus I will also get to gain new Knowledge form the program". And so I made up my mind to participate in the upskill program. So Ladies and Gents, I'm officially a Genie...😊🤭

Dirty data is the silent killer of business margins. 📉 Spent Day 14 of my Python run wrestling with a raw dataset. Here's the reality: half the battle in data analytics isn't the flashy charts—it's making sure the data isn't actively lying to you. Duplicate rows distort reve

I learnt in today's class that data analysts uses sample size calculator to analyse large data set. There is a formula for it also. 🤯 Incase you are not caught on, A sample is a small section that represents the whole population. It is very helpful.

@stellaanalyzes Projects matter more. Certificates matter also but solving real world problems is basically what data analysis is centered on.

do you think certifications are enough, or do projects matter more in data analytics?

@Timsedx Realll! As you are learning alongside the course, everyone should get their hands dirty on kaggle datasets and build something. Make mistakes, and provide solutions.

Omo… some people are learning tech like they’re preparing for WAEC 😭 Course after course. Certificate after certificate. Meanwhile, they’ve never: – Built anything – Solved a real problem – Posted their work online That’s where the real gap is .

You have a text string "Paula-2007" in a column, and you need to separate it into two sub-strings. What function are you using, my fellow data analysts? 🙂

I learnt how to clean data today on spreadsheets. 😄 It was fun using functions like SPLIT, TRIM, LEFT, RIGHT, MID. I also learnt how to use conditional formatting to filter and sort out data. I will need a lot of practices to understand it well. What did you learn today? 🙂

Call center agents in 2026 refreshing job sites like, “maybe this one still needs humans” while AI just clocks in early every day 😭
PolyAI@polyaivoice

Starting today, we're opening our Agentic Dialog Platform to every enterprise builder. Our dialog agents have resolved 1 billion+ customer conversations for clients like FedEx, Unicredit, PG&E, Marriott, Foot Locker, and many more. These aren't easy conversations. They solve problems like: > A patient booking medical transport who needs insurance verified on the spot. > A homeowner calling their utility company about a gas leak. > A cardholder figuring out why their must-have purchase was declined. Standard conversational AI was never built for this. It was designed for chat, adapted for voice later. It generates responses, but can't do what dialog requires: hold context under pressure, navigate ambiguity in real time, and actually resolve problems. So we built a better model. Our proprietary model Raven was built from the ground up specifically for dialog. Agent harness in the weights, not bolted on through prompts that drift under pressure. And in our platform, you can deploy Raven as your default or bring in GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, whatever model fits your use case or regulatory requirement. Now that the Agentic Dialog Platform is open, any team can create, test, and deploy dialog agents on the same model and infrastructure the world’s top brands trust on their hardest days. This opens up the pool of builders across your entire enterprise. The person who knows customers best, who runs operations, who owns the customer journey: they're all builders now. Two ways to build: > Poly Agent Builder: Describe your use case in natural language, and it configures your agent, knowledge base, and conversation flows automatically. Production-ready in ten minutes. > Agent Development Kit (ADK): Developers use this to build dialog agents the same way they build everything else. Use your own IDE, a coding assistant like Claude, version with Git, deploy from your terminal. Get started now: studio.poly.ai
