@degenBRO__ Well, I think so. Unless they're scammers We should really use more smart contracts tech to ensure companies has meet reasonable goals and if they don't have a mechanism to refund investors (retail & institutional)

I genuinely love crypto community and I really care for it... But I don't know... I right now see every little respect towards communities from the crypto industry You can see a lot of projects roles hiring marketers or devs, but few hiring community leads or community teams Can you mention top 10 community leads? I can't. There are a few Whereas you can mention hundreds of marketers, KOLs, devs, etc IMHO, community is the new marketing. Especially during bear market We may be early for communities, but this is a trend that is going eventually happen Sooner than later LFG communities!

@vidor_solflare I have been in the web3 space for a few years ago and I partially agree. There is still value in crypto/blockchains but its need to be abstracted away and put aways in "advanced" settings

Unpopular opinion from someone who builds wallets for a living: No crypto-native product is going to iterate its way into mainstream adoption. The gap between what our current users want and what mainstream retail needs isn't a UX problem. It's a completely different product with a completely different trust model. Our users want sovereignty. The next 100M users want a safety net. You can't give them one without taking it from the other. I've watched teams try. They start adding mainstream-friendly features, the core community gets uncomfortable, and the product drifts into this dead zone where it's too complicated for normies and too watered down for natives. Nobody's happy. The app doesn't feel like anything anymore. The mainstream crypto product that actually works probably doesn't say "crypto" anywhere on the landing page. And it probably isn't built by iterating on what exists today. It's something new, from scratch, with the chain running invisibly underneath. Wallet builders need to start asking a harder question: are we the app, or are we the plumbing inside someone else's app. I don't think most of us are ready for that answer.

My fireside chat with the CEO of Western Union. > you crypto people think real time settlement is new > we've been doing real time settlement for 20 years > you can go to a WU and send money to your mom in guatemala and it lands in 3 seconds > but that only happens because I have liquidity pool of $1.5B > stablecoins are going to give me back that $1.5B > my stock trades at $2.7B > I'm going to take that $1.5B and use it to buy back a boat load of my stock > oh and also, we're going to use stablecoins to give all 100m+ customers a US dollar debit card aka mini bank account Stablecoins aren't going to kill Western Union... They're going to save it.

Working in crypto is funny You do all this technical work, fix debt, architect new systems, 24/7 oncall, write code And the product has like 10 total users with millions in funding

@QBitFlowApp Wait, so b/c it's all done via smart contracts is non-custodial? we are trying mainly support web2 users (so we don't want them to have crypto , but we can make it as an option)?

@web3wins If you want crypto as a payment rail without the custodial risk — check out QBitFlow. Non-custodial, smart contract-enforced spending caps (not escrow), works on ETH + Solana. API-first, so it drops into your app pretty cleanly. qbitflow.app

okay if you're building a consumer app it seems that you would only use crypto for payment rails, and it seems that Stripe is the most secured? Are there secure web and mobile payment providers? I need a solution for my consumer app happy to dive into APIs or Sdks

Is @billions_ntwk another scam project? About 7–8 months ago, I joined the Billions presale through the Kaito Launchpad. They raised $10M in that presale. They said the TGE was very close. First, they postponed it to late Q4 2025. Then they said early Q1 2026. They’ve been stalling everyone this whole time. But so far, there’s still no real progress… I’m starting to think this project might be a rug. What do you think the team is trying to do? Or did they already start drinking piña coladas in Hawaii?

Let's say you're building an app - maybe a DeFi protocol, an on-ramp, or a regulated exchange. You need KYC. So you integrate with a provider. Build the flow. Handle data storage. Manage encryption. Deal with compliance. Then your users want to use another app. They do it all over again. Different provider. Different flow. Data siloed in another database. Right now, copies of your users' passports could be sitting on 23 different company servers. One hack, and identities get stolen. Worse? Every app rebuilds the same infrastructure. Every user re-verifies for every app. No composability. Just walled gardens. Here's what just changed with the Billions Network and @idOS_network partnership: Users verify ONCE. That credential works across every app you build. User opens your app → "Verify with existing credential?" → Approves → Done. 2 seconds. Your app receives a ZK proof: "✓ Verified. Over 18. Not from restricted jurisdiction." No documents uploaded. No data stored on your servers. If you get hacked? There's nothing to steal. How it works: Your app never sees the passport, birthday, or address. Just gets cryptographic proof: "Yes, this person meets your requirements." Credentials encrypted to user's personal key. Apps request ZK proofs or selective disclosure. No raw data ever leaves user control. This is composability for identity: 🤓Building a compliant DeFi protocol? Access verified users without storing KYC data. 🤓Building an on-ramp? Users already verified - instant onboarding. 🤓Building a regulated exchange? Programmatic access to data only when compliance requires it. The system is open. Users own credentials. You get what you need without the liability. Why this matters: For 30 years, people tried to build this. Hundreds of millions spent. Zero adoption. 😮Together with @idOS_network, we built the first system that actually works. 65,000+ people already using it. Live. Right now. What this unlocks: ✓ Composable identity - build on open standards (W3C Verifiable Credentials) ✓ User-owned data - verify what you need without storage liability ✓ Interoperability - one verification across all apps ✓ Compliance-ready - hybrid model for ZK proofs + programmatic access ✓ No vendor lock-in - open system ⬇️ Bottom line: Right now: every app rebuilds verification. Users re-verify everywhere. Data siloed. One hack away from breach. With this: users verify once. You access proofs. No raw data stored. Nothing to hack. Identity becomes a composable primitive - like money legos, but for credentials. ⚠️ The internet’s missing identity infrastructure layer just got fixed. Most people don't know it yet. You do. Time to build with Billions Network and @idOS_network - and help save the internet in the age of not-yet-identified AI.
