I am genuinely curious though, could this have all been created using rococo or was it necessary to have a parachain slot beforehand? and did you decide to create more features after the parachain slot was secured or it's just taken longer than expected?

@wl_null @Donw3214 @MoonsamaNFT @ExosamaNFT No We use ERC1155/ERC721, the NFT standards that 99% of the space uses. We can equip NFTs on different blockchains, right now Ethereum/Moonriver/Moonbeam. In the future non-EVM chains (even stuff like Statemine, Solana and Cardano)

Well out of $rmrk now.. shady very shady.. would rather be invested in @MoonsamaNFT and @ExosamaNFT @DonnieBigBags and team are miles ahead of these guys.

From $1 to Coinbase, @KusamaNetwork never was a testnet, but rather a new paradigm in blockchain development introducing an experimental, real-value step between testnet and @Polkadot mainnet.

To be honest, 11B$ MC for Polkadot is not expensive, 680M$ MC for Kusama is crazy low.

@web4persian @Yuripetusko i agree it would help to have more devpower, but it's not so easy scaling. i know first hand. scaling means getting others into the structures, costs (time) are high for that and they have scaled. let's hope rmrk3 means less bug hunting 🪄

there's a good time and a bad time for marketing. doing marketing for a marketplace that is in development might be bad timing. people come and look, and turn their back after seeing features missing or beeing faulty. and maybe they never return. building > shilling patience.

@Tricky_NFTs @Yuripetusko Most these artists can't just go build somewhere and be successful though, the market liquidity is drying up either way. Obviously it's a shame that rmrk didn't build much vol but let's be positive and keep people interested and excited

@web4persian agree. i think this is a missunderstanding. i think @Yuripetusko wanted to express that RMRK understands if people are tired of waiting and are using the bear to get some experience in other NFT spaces. i wouldn't read it as go and f* yourselfie. it's more like *use the time!*

@Tricky_NFTs Not sure if fair as soon as we hit a downturn tell artists that they can leave to find more vol when they've invested time and resources into building on singular. All nfts will be a struggle now, but we need to retain our community not tell them to leave

@web4persian the rmrk team is building different projects at once. no time left. in the end each artist needs to decide, endure, wait, or how to cope with this. i don't see this changing soon. watch valhalla rising and apolcalypse now redux to see yourself from the outside. endure & lvl up🥶
