@MaryStewart01 @Smitty4UK @RoushKSR Garages can work if designed properly with multiple ramps and exits. The one lane in and one late out design is the one we need to avoid
English

@Smitty4UK @RoushKSR Parking in a garage for football is horrible. We did it once and never again. We were trapped for an hour getting out.

Kentucky is moving forward with plans to tear down the BCTC campus near Kroger Field to make way for a new entertainment center.

@vsichnipudou @AllegedlyKen @affairemayaling A comment from the people who spread germs and diseases that nearly wiped out every native population they came across
English

@AllegedlyKen @affairemayaling Why is everything in the US always wrapped in plastic
English

these are in almost every supermarket chain here. this is what we mean when we say you don’t have bread in your grocery stores.

nyx 🏹 loves kotone!@0ctoberfullmoon
europeans log on twitter and say some shit like “AMERICANS DON’T HAVE BREAD IN GROCERY STORES??” with 100% seriousness like what are you talking about

@britneyqueers_ @madisontayt_ The Brits are the ones who keep our names in their mouths everyday.
English

@madisontayt_ I feel like Americans and Brits spend way too much time thinking about each other tbh
English

@quantumcrystal7 @Javierr_06 @NewsWire_US They never put their own faces on it, and they weren’t alive when their faces were added
English

@Javierr_06 @NewsWire_US nearly every currency minted/printed by the US has a president's face on it, or did at one point

the United States’ lack of transit is honestly a global embarrassment

@webbskillz @dumbahey @midaeros @Back2Foulke I feel youre getting muddled. Im saying english lemonade/"sprite" is barely lemony compared to the American one. The American lemonade is lemon juice, water, and sugar. Its good, I like making it.
Clear lemonade/sprite doesn't have much lemon juice at all.
English

The funniest thing about this is the brits keep talking about americans and other europeans are chiming in being like "no, i also don't understand why your lemonade is carbonated."
kd@k4edys
apparently american lemonade isn't actual lemonade ??? like it's not fizzy ?
English

@webbskillz @anyotherleader1 @stursiastead Started with 10th century Egyptians eventually moving into france in the 17th century which is where the US got it from…the UK dident get the carbonated version until around 1860…so by all means we in the US still drinking the original drink…
English

the concept of british "lemonade" being considered actual lemonade when american lemonade is literally made with lemon juice. ok
kd@k4edys
apparently american lemonade isn't actual lemonade ??? like it's not fizzy ?
English

@TypicallyJayden @midaeros So it’s just British arrogance at this point
English

@dumbahey @midaeros @Back2Foulke Clear lemonade is 2% concentrated lemon juice. Its cheaper, and tastes less "fruity", making it a more neutral mix.
English

@EleanorPoitiers @stursiastead The president can be removed at any time. And they’re not permanent.
English

@webbskillz @stursiastead I voted for an Australian republic. However regardless - the monarch has less power than the president, you replicated the power of a Hanoverian which was very silly.
English

@cantaloupeGodln @thatonedev1 @stursiastead We call them Band Aids because that’s likely the brand of the bandages we’re using. So we’re not wrong in calling them Band Aids
English

@thatonedev1 @stursiastead You're out here calling common objects by a brand name. Everyone on here is saying they call Lemonade "Sprite", a lemon-lime Soda. Stop renaming things stupidly.
English

@cantaloupeGodln @thatonedev1 @stursiastead No one in America is calling lemonade Sprite. You’re the ones calling Sprite lemonade.
English

@thatonedev1 @stursiastead I mean, I definitely have said "Look it up" or "Search it up" if I'm not using Google for some reason but I almost never don't use Google alongside the majority of the Internet population?
Band Aids aren't even the only plaster brand in America. Sprite isn't even a Lemonade.
English

@EleanorPoitiers @stursiastead Saying this on an American platform, under the rule of an ancient and outdated monarchy, and still following ancient and outdated societal rules and customs
English

@stursiastead Americans stuck in the 18th century while we all move on is so, so typical
English

@anyotherleader1 @stursiastead So the ancient Egyptians who were drinking it BEFORE the concept of carbonating the drink don’t count?
English
