I’m making my choice clear: my campaign will not take money from giant corporations and never will. This is a people powered grassroots campaign by Minnesotans for Minnesotans. Will you join us?

I want to tell you about the person who I want to be Minnesota’s next U.S. Senator: my friend, @peggyflanagan. Peggy is a leader who understands what’s at stake in this moment. She’s someone who listens, fights, and embodies the values that make Minnesota, well, Minnesotan. We both grew up in St. Louis Park (not at the same time - she’s young, and I’m old). Raised by a single mom, Peggy knows how programs like Medicaid can improve life for families. And she’s dedicated her career to fight for the progressive values we share – as Paul Wellstone put it best: “We all do better, when we all do better.” Peggy knows how to build the bridges to get the work done. And she's accomplished a lot, like paid family medical leave, the largest tax cut in Minnesota’s history, and raising the minimum wage. Peggy is currently serving her second term as MN’s Lt. Governor. Before that, she was a state legislator, a school board member, an executive director for the Children’s Defense Fund-Minnesota, and she even worked for ME! Oh, and in case you’re wondering - yes, Peggy would be the first Native American woman ever elected to the U.S. Senate. It’s about time. So join me in supporting Peggy Flanagan for U.S. Senate in 2026!
