The people advocating for "walkable high streets" and "reduced / paid parking" and bus / cycle lanes, and all of this nonsense that just makes driving an (and I'm not exaggeraring) nightmare these are all people who don't drive.

20mph is horrific, and has been sneakily put up EVERYWHERE by hateful councils. Costs me hours of travelling each week, and on roads that haven't seen an accident since 1972. If you're worried about getting hit by a car at 30mph then learn how to cross a road or just stay at home ffs, the rest of us have things to do.

On the day that Restore Britain announces our policy to end nonsensical 20mph speed limits and raise the motorway speed limit to 80mph, it's reported by Charlie Simpson that Reform-led Leicestershire County Council is planning to roll out a county-wide scheme to impose 20 mph speed limits across much of their county. Local residents do not want this. It kills businesses, and wastes so much time. Near schools and areas with vulnerable pedestrians, yes. But other than that? No. Restore Britain would free the British motorist.
