@swlondonbloke @MertonTories Just shows how little financial experience Labour has - no imagination either. A great pity as Mr Alambritis is also giving away our Police Station without even a fight. The people trying to save it he calls 'madcap' ?! If that is mad, what does that make him ?

Look at Broomwood School in Wandsworth - a building that WORKS. It looks fab & is FAB DESIGN. There must be some central gov money up for grabs, n Merton as usual trying to steal it from other areas more deserving

The more Merton Council 'outsources' the less residents get for our money. They all wants a cut of our council taxes, meaning less service for us. At the recent Cabinet Meeting, all he did was disrupt with his playground humour, robbing precious speaking time from local residents who REALLY DO CARE about our communities.
