Proposal
-Refund all small #UST holders through LFG holdings (this is possible as the bottom 99.6% of all Anchor wallets held $1.46 billion)
-Give UST whales and #Luna holders a new network token based on their value in holdings before the depeg

@stablekwon I feel swindled by the central lie that I could arbitrage my UST. The update that nerfed that system should have been made clear to investors. The UST we hold does not belong to Terra. It is a debt Terra owes us.

From what I can see, Terrastation does not provide an opportunity for Arb. It almost offers it up at the same price. There is not a direct 1 UST for $1 LUNA offer.
