Games need to be bigger with more empty space. SOTC figured this out ages ago, even most open world games are far too conservative and far too quick to ruin it with "content"

you think you could run out of sad songs to get drunk & sing along to every night, but you'd be mistaken.

I have some time, so let's destroy Juliet's argument using actual science real quick: If everyone in your surrounding area tells you they believe something, and most of the media as well as literature you consume affirms that belief, you will eventually incorporate it into your identity And once you do, anyone who disagrees with your new found identity you are highly unlikely to listen to, due to your confirmation bias, and the echo-chamber you reside in Like how telling a mother with a rare psychological illness that makes her believe she's pregnant, when its her brain playing tricks on her, she's not pregnant, will be psychologically traumatizing, because it contradicts her entire identity So too will someone who went through the initially explained social phenomenon, not be able to change their mind This is a result of confirmation bias, not objective fact Religion, Polyamory, Consumers of a product, Swifties etc. And ofcourse, getting a PhD falls into this category as well Which means if you decide to do something (anything), its not because you thought about it logically and analyzed all possible consequences for your actions, its because you were influenced by your surroundings to form a certain frame of reference for your purpose in life (or whatever you're doing since this does not only talk about the problem at hand) The rhetoric being spread here is not sexism or "virgins", or "incels", or whatever keywords you're feeding yourself The real issue men seem to be attacking Juliet for, is not realizing that on average, 60-70% of women who thought they don't want children before 30, change their mind With 23-33% of women in their 40s regretting not prioritizing it in their 20s (typically after reproduction problems from 30 onward) This is US and Europe Data So no, men aren't attacking you, they are attacking your ideology Which I might add, is a result of societal programming, as I've explained in detail above List of bias that led you on this path: Authority Bias Cognitive Bias Confirmation Bias The Illusory Effect Survivorship Bias.. And a well established echo-chamber that you can clearly see in the comment section in every single post you've made about this argument thus far Who is right and who is wrong? Education is important, but so is not being naive thinking you are one of the outliers who will somehow not get the evolutionary instinct to have a child (we've ran the percentages above based on actual scientific research) And incase your were not aware, thinking you're smart because you have a PhD is also a societal indoctrination I mean PhDs are a social construct, as are all qualifications + institutional prestige The only reason we have table manners, or society think degrees are important are the same.. Its because they realized it serves us to believe that, so they started spreading the rhetoric that its expected of everyone And just like all social constructs, there comes a day it no longer serves humanity to delude yourself into chasing a naming convention people literally made up in the past 100 years to award people with higher social status (and supposed intellect) The Elites made you think this is a good idea, not your nature Men are arguing that if you were not programmed by conventional educational institutions and their followers, you would have prioritized having a child With is objectively correct No human being can escape their nature in the absence of indoctrination My advice to you and your little echo-chamber of "yes men", is this.. Use science to determine your next course of action (crazy that I'm saying this to someone with a PhD) But this is what happens when you are not taught social dynamics at institutions running on cognitive bias Notice how I made no jab at you (none I didn't scientifically prove) THAT, is the scientific method Fascinating how you have no idea how to use it to determine if your behavior is your own, otherwise we would not be having this conversation Am I attacking you? No, I'm using science to explain why you have no idea what you're doing Regardless, I wish you well, because if you got a PhD, it means you at least have the ability to sit down and figure out how to solve problems, which means you'll be fine In 10 years from now will you be crying your eyes out because you realized too late you want children? Only time will tell (you already threw the dice, goodluck)

wow, first time reply from someone uber famous. thanks. listen son, i'm way way older than you, 🤣. not your lil bro. i've also spent 9 years in postgrad studies. But you are TOTALLY right. So tech break throughs like the light bulb, cars, airplanes, computers, internet, smartphones, AI yeah, all of them have benefited the WEALTHY more than the poor or even middle class. That's literally how some wealthy people got wealthy. But it doesn't mean in some ways that "rising tides lift all boats" (while some fancy boats rise heck of lot higher by far). Ask AI what the life expectancy of the upper class rich 100 years ago compared to lower middle class person today. the difference is far and wide. People are living longer than ever before. So we all know the problems are. Tell me some solutions from your 101 Econ knowledge.
