S&C for non strength coaches Speed Training: how do I get my guys faster? Early on in my coaching career, this is where I felt most lost. Linear speed is complex, & improving it is hard. Once you can simplify the process however, speed training is easy. A 🧵:

This man did an excellent job on breaking down FACTS in a clear and understandable timeline of the Republican Party vs the Democratic Party and Black Americans. There is no doubt that the Republican Party has its issues, but the Republican has a POSITIVE history that has better ALL Americans while the Democrats will pander to minorities using Race to DIVIDE Americans.

Happy Mother’s Day, especially to Mrs. W. She’s finally in a good spot. Keaton, our 9-yr-old, was hit by a SUV yesterday while on his scooter & dragged a few feet. Thankfully not at high speed. Miraculously, outside of facial surgery, he’s good. His helmet saved him. #wearhelmets
