@JuliannaFrieman What are you going to do when the air traffic controllers walk out, the post office slows down, the military drags it's feet, the immigrants stop the harvest, or poison the crops, what will dictator ideas do for you then. This is a government by and for the people. Not you.

As the global population grows, sustainable agriculture becomes crucial for feeding the world responsibly. This approach balances the need for increased food production with environmental stewardship. By adopting practices like organic farming, efficient water use, and soil conservation, sustainable agriculture minimizes environmental impact while ensuring food security. It promotes resilience in farming systems and supports long-term productivity, helping to meet today’s needs without compromising the ability of future generations to thrive. Let's embrace sustainable methods to nourish people and protect our planet. #WorkingForABetterTomorrow! @dkgautam007 @AgriGoI @EUAgri @IFAD #SustainableAgriculture #FeedingTheWorld #EcoFriendlyFarming #OrganicFarming #Agroecology #FoodSecurity #ResponsibleFarming #GreenAgriculture #SustainableFood #FutureOfFarming

@politvidchannel If a State attempts to violate the Constitution, then the President would be required to see that the Constitution is enforced and the citizens of that state protected.

@politvidchannel The 14th Amendment to the Constitution is clear. Trump gave comfort to the insurrectionists when he promised to give them pardons when he was elected. That is clearly giving comfort to the insurrectionists. He may not be on the ballot.

@politvidchannel It would be a requirement of the president to remove members of the Supreme Court from their appointments. If they refuse to leave or if insurrectionist interfere then the President has the power to use the U.S. Military to repel the insurrectionists.

@politvidchannel If the Supreme Courts rules in violation of the Constitution, then the Constitution gives instructions as to has the duty to remove the Court. The president has the obligation and duty to see that the Constitution and Laws are faithfully enforced.

@politvidchannel And the Supreme Court must follow the 14th Amendment as well. If they rule to let Trump on the ballot, they will also be giving comfort to the insurrectionists. The founders knew that and that is why they are not expected to rule on the 14th Amendment.

@BusyBody1776 @williamlegate I believe that you are incorrect. No congress can pass a low that supersedes the requirements of the Constitution. The best that can be done is for Congress to interpret the Constitution true to its original meaning.

The notion that you have to be “convicted” of insurrection to be disqualified from office is patently absurd & historically inaccurate. The 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution, particularly Section 3, was designed to prevent certain individuals from holding office if they had engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same. However, it's crucial to note that this section barred individuals from holding office based on their participation in the insurrection, and did not require a formal conviction in a court of law. Following the Civil War, many former Confederates were indeed barred from holding federal or state office under this provision. The enforcement of Section 3 didn't necessarily involve legal proceedings or convictions for insurrection. There were very few formal confederate convictions. The U.S. government generally chose not to pursue widespread prosecution of former Confederates after the Civil War, in an effort to promote reconciliation. Therefore, while many former Confederates were barred from office under the 14th Amendment, this was not typically the result of formal convictions for insurrection.

@williamlegate Then why did many former Confederate soldiers actually become Senators and Representatives after the war? Because they did.

@RossFairchild Did you know that a Constitutional Amendment that is passed after the original Constitution is assumed to be aware of the Constitution and to over-ride the existing Constitutional provisions that are in conflict.

Did you know Congress passed the Amnesty Act of 1872 and another Amnesty Act of 1898 which removed “all disabilities and or disqualifications” imposed by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment? There was no language preserving any of the disqualifications for any future cases.

@RossFairchild A Supreme Court cannot rule on the 14th any more than a guilty person can be his own judge. The 14th is self enacting for exactly that reason.

@RossFairchild The problem that you have is that the 14th Amendment of the Constitution applies to the Courts and Judges just as it applies to the President. A judge that gives comfort to an insurrectionist is just as guilty of a violation of the 14th Amendment as Trump.

The text of the 14th Amendment is crystal clear: anyone who participates in insurrection is permanently barred from public office. Donald trump incited a violent riot to overthrow American democracy. Of course he should be banned from the presidency forever.

@SenAngusKing Having just re-read the procedings of the congress of 1866, I am of the opinion that Trump need not be an insurrectionist. My reading is that all Trump need do is comfort the insurrectionists as he clearly did when he indicated he would pardon them.

@IoniqLa @RepMTG You are wrong. It is clear that any person running to hold the Office of President as an officer, is covered by the 3rd section. And it is clear that Trump gave comfort to the rebellion or insurrection. So he is fried.

One Million Wells is not a well drilling NGO, we are an educational and training organization. We have installed 650 training wells and have trained thousands of people. Normally we train others and furnish them with the equipment they need to go into business for themselves.

#rwsn This is a video of the One Million Wells crew drilling at a depth of 120 ft in Odisha India with an 8 inch diameter drill bit. In one area we have been averaging a completed well every 2.44 days to a depth of up to 80 ft. We have two major types of manual drilling systems + engine driven drills
