@wellnessgrid Wow. Maybe it's just not something you should be doing. You couldn't have consumed enough calories or you wouldn't have lost weight, but I don't know what you could do for the digestive issues other than taking a prebiotic and a probiotic.

@wellnessgrid @DocAhmadMalik @jlshegull The high protein consumption will help. Build up to fasting long hours. I'm skinny also. Your body will use your muscle if you don't consume enough protein and calories per day. Watch the scale! I've lived and learned!! Good luck!
