Anyone have any advice on getting a satisfactory resolution from @currys ? Can't believe how bad their service is for such a big company. Been sent two Apple products with security sticker ripped and all being offered is another exchange which won't even be here for Xmas. 😭

Need help 🙏 my sons Fortnite account has been banned. We think permanently but @EpicGames won't tell us why or for how long?! They've blocked us from sending them a request and my son has around 6000 vbucks on his account that was a gift from his grandparents at Xmas. 😭😭
