As ever, you either shape a way of playing based on what you have or you buy and bring in people who can play the way you want. At this moment we’re a few people and quite a bit of work away from the latter. Not a lot of fun, I agree.

You have some incapable of playing the way Martin wants, a couple who are uncomfortable in their role, and others who don’t really yet know what they’re doing. Very early in the process (& season) & it all ultimately comes down to quality starters. And we clearly need a few more
