Every now and again on social media a video will pop up of an interaction between black people and the police. Most of these are from the US, some are from the UK. The reason the videos go viral is that they document egregious abuses of power.

#teamhaem got patient with at moment so learning lots. Avoid plasma when on Eciluzumab cos it is full of C5 so £9000 down drain

#teamhaem look for reduced complement protection CD 55/59 and FLAER. Fully anticoagulate transfuse and Leeds for Eciluzumab

Dysphagia and DAT neg haemolysis ? PNH. Would explain the iron deficiency. Admit under medicine until flow results ( no beds!) #teamhaem
