I’ve lost track of how many times we've pushed Memo to its absolute limits in dev/eval this past month alone. Every intervention is just another data point, and the robot just keeps getting better.

3/ Things broke all the time — Nothing will break things faster than deployment. We learned to expect and respond quickly to failure. Comfort and durability aren't 'nice to haves,' they're data issues. A new glove version means a data-breaking change, so we became rigorous about in-house testing and gradual rollouts.
