@applefritterapl @MediumSizeMeech The Wire is a good comparison. You can see the younger characters following the path of their seniors. Whitaker becoming Robby, like Robby became Adamson. Like Michael became Omar and Dukie became Bubbles.

i think mohan is a lovely presence on the show and ganesh's performance is excellent but people are getting a little ahead of their skis when they act like she had even a top 7 or 8 most interesting storyline

the difference in how al-hashimi n robby recommend geriatrics to samira is so stark i can’t believe people think she would be a worse boss than him
even when attempting to be kind to her robby ends up pulling samira down while baran easily acknowledges her skills
