Here is a YouTube video (link in replies) from Gattouz where he “addresses the allegations” about revenge porn at around ~6:00 His defence, essentially, is “she’s lying”, which is not convincing to me Gattouz says this girl signed a consent form—HOWEVER, consent to film a video does not mean consent to POST a video, especially to tube sites. Anybody heavily involved in collabs now KNOWS that you cannot just go posting video content on tube sites, even if you have 2257s and consent forms. In model releases, performers specify WHERE they consent the content to be posted to, if it can be posted on tube sites, at what date, how much of the content can be posted to tube sites, etc He also says that “she lied about being 16” and references being from the same high school as proof, even though you can obviously be a few years apart in age and still attend the same high school The story that Gattouz tells is that, after he told the girl he was not interested in her romantically, that she chose to vengefully take this action against him by lying and saying this was revenge porn, and also saying she was underage. (He also says that only French people rape and do revenge porn?) This girl, btw, is not active at all online, is not a sex worker, and fled the country to Italy. She, conveniently, cannot defend herself It’s in my opinion that this is greatly insufficient in proving his “innocence”. Why would I take this at his word? IF he did indeed produce sufficient documentation to legally post this content, then he can provide copies of these documents with sensitive info (legal names, addresses) censored. He should also have a copy of her ID proving that she was at least 18 on the date of filming If he cannot produce this, then he cannot at all prove his innocence. This is not enough to convict him in a court of law, but should be more than enough to oust him permanently from any and all professional adult spaces, as he cannot PROVE that he is safe to work with
