MJ would teach his teammates some of his moves too.

Michael Jordan proved to be one of the greatest leaders in NBA history - right up there with Bill Russell, Magic Johnson, and Larry Bird.
Except MJ played with much less All-Star and HOF talent than they did.

Jordan never "poisoned" the Wizards. Certain players with poor work ethic just couldn't handle being pushed to improve.
Jordan was always a much better leader than Lebron, who is passive and soft. And that's why Kobe was the true leader on the Redeem Team.

The Wizards were in full rebuilding mode. MJ got rid of Juwon Howard, Rod Strickland, and Mitch Richmond to free up salary cap space. Jordan was never 100% healthy but did the absolute best he could to win with a subpar roster. Stackhouse and Hughes also missed games with injury.
