@wfcreza I think it’s both to be fair. The weirdness of communication clearly comes from the top as it’s now spanned two Heads of Comms. But Kayembe in isolation? Don’t hate it. Understand the logic, if he isn’t going to be an undisputed starter. The business we do will determine!

Couldn’t agree more. Kayembe was never going to be released. #WatfordFC aren’t in the business of letting assets walk out the building for free - whatever we think of them.

Why’s everyone obsessed with seeing the retained list? You’ll get a few shitters leaving and that’s about it. Hardly ground breaking + clubs don’t have to submit publicly. #watfordfc

@rio_woolf @SimonFawell @EStillsarmy Also Rio, it’s more of a thing these days to go on European preseason tours. Every club and their dog seems to do it these days. 25 years ago it was very niche. If we booked Spain in late July, I’d be booking my flight straight away.

@SimonFawell @EStillsarmy @rio_woolf If it was on a weekend, in the Sun with plenty of notice we’d take a couple of thousand. Hibs was last min on a weds eve. Still took over 500

@EStillsarmy @rio_woolf @wfcreza Who knows why they don’t do it. Plenty of valid reasons to stay here. It’s just whether they’re outweighed by team building if you go away. I’m all for things being done for fans but the number of fans in this case would be really small.

@rio_woolf @SimonFawell I would agree with Rio. We haven’t really done one for years and could hardly say we’ve smashed it. I went to Hibs 2 years ago, maybe only took 500 but it was a great day that I’ll remember for a long time.

@Paul_e_shank @UncleRonisback I think the point is being missed. It’s not a bad signing and makes sense I think the point Ron is trying to make is that this was kept secret and from supporters when it was signed.

@UncleRonisback It’s a logical signing! He’s not a big issue! He deserves a send off! He tries! He isn’t the worst player in the club & I believe he does care & he can hopefully guide younger players
