When you openly confess your sins with your mouth and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior ,your inherited sins from human birth lineage is forgiven. A baby born might look sinless but it has inherited or generational sins hanging on his head . Believing in Jesus Christ and confession of sins, living a holy life through the divine guidance of the Holy Spirit removes sin.

The question is not what causes cells to mutate. The real question is what made cells, laws, order, and life possible in the first place.
Explaining mutation is explaining a process inside the system, not the origin of the system itself.
