Despite the big miss, Gyokeres was absolutely brilliant tonight. The guy is a monster. Relentless from start to finish, constantly putting defenders under pressure, making runs, holding the ball up, linking play… he was everywhere. That miss will get clipped and passed around, but it doesn’t change the performance. He set the tone, gave us an outlet all game, and never stopped working. That kind of presence up top changes everything.

I think fundamentally the game just isn't fun to play. The packs, rewards, SBCs, Evo's were able to carry the game for so long, but ultimately we want to play a good football game. With EA getting the gameplay so wrong for so many years, and the fact the game breeds so much toxicity as a whole, people don't find the game fun. Games should be fun. FC 26 isn't.
