In Stellaris Nexus, every 8 years (which is about 15 mins in reality) all players meet at the Galactic Council to vote on new Titles and Resolutions This is a super effective strategy - control the votes at the Council and you can twist the game in your favour

If you're NOT playing as the Voor Technocracy in Stellaris Nexus, you can always trade with them to get your hands on their juicy🧪technology... ...or just steal it using a spy plot 🥸
