Joshua Fox recognized Dalton. Joshua knew who he was and what he was about. Joshua Fox didn’t like Dalton. And when Dalton walked away from their initial interaction, Joshua wasn’t satisfied with it. He felt angry, and in order to satiate that anger he chased down Dalton. He wanted to prove something. He tried to provoke Dalton into macing him by saying “Mace me! Mace me!”, and when Dalton went to defend himself, Joshua threw the first punch. That’s provocation and assault. But we live in upside down world where white men are openly discriminated against in the justice system born out of Critical Race Theory and “Judicial Reform” practices and policies. IE, there are rules and punishments for black people and then harsher ones for whites - a two tiered system of justice based on race. It’s illegal and unlawful and, yet, we see it happens everyday. So, Dalton is in jail, charged with Attempted Murder, and Joshua Fox walks free - no charges for chasing down a man and assaulting him. We live in an upside down world. Given the issues @ChudTheBuilder is highlighting, I feel it is appropriate to give you all some ammo to share when it comes to the topic of black tyranny, so here it is: You can prove with some pretty simple math that blacks are wildly under-incarcerated. There are roughly 42 million black people in the US, meaning 21 million black males. You can estimate that of those males, around 15 million of them are ages 15-65 (peak crime years) 1 in 22 black males commit murder in their lifetime. By that number alone, in a society that is actually punishing crime there would already be at least ~750,000 black males in prison for life. Now add in that roughly 1/3 of black males commit some other felony in their lifetime. That's an additional 5,000,000 distributed across their lifetime, so on any given year the number of black males in prison for a felony offense could very easily be 750,000-1,500,000 if sentences were completely carried out. Just by reading the statistics and doing some rough math, you'd see that with black males committing murder or some other serious crime ALONE we can estimate that on any given year we would be expected to have 1,500,000-2,250,000 black men sitting in state/federal prison. The actual number of prisoners we have is around 1.25 million. You might notice the number of blacks that should be in prison is already larger than the total number of prisoners we have, but there's more. You can perform an approximation of the other groups that live here too using the same method and then you really start to see the problem. I'll combine it all right here to make this easy: 42 million blacks 21 million black males 15 million males aged 15-65 P.C. Murder Rate: 1/22 --> ~750,000 prisoners (life) P.C. Felony Rate: 1/3 --> ~5,000,000 prisoners (distributed, estimated 750,000-1,500,000 at any given time) 68 million hispanics 34 million hispanic males 22 million males aged 15-65 P.C. Murder Rate: 1/100 --> ~220,000 (life) P.C. Felony Rate: 1/5 --> ~4,400,000 prisoners (distributed, estimated 450,000-900,000 at any given time) 200 million non-hispanic Whites 100 million non-hispanic White males 62 million males aged 15-65 P.C.Murder Rate: 1/500 --> 124,000 (life) P.C. Felony Rate: 1/10 --> ~6,200,000 prisoners (distributed, estimated 750,000-1,500,000 at any given time) From these three ethnic groups alone, there should be between 3,044,000 and 4,994,000 state/federal male prisoners. The fact that we only have 1.25 million state and federal prisoners is horrifying, but it gets even worse. Here is the theoretical racial makeup of the US state/federal prison system if you use the low end of the above group estimates to calculate it: Black ~49% White ~29% Hispanic ~22% Here is are the actual percentages: Black: 33% White: 31% Hispanic: 23% This suggests that Whites and hispanics are being sentenced at around the rates you'd expect them to be given their offense rates, with blacks being wildly under-sentenced. If you want evidence of black privilege, there it is. Many to my left would say that having millions of prisoners is a bad thing, and on a principled level I might agree, but we have to be realistic about our situation and the demographic realities here. In a White only country we very easily could have a prison population below 1,000,000. In fact, the number would likely be much lower than that. Historically America has had an extremely small prison population and that is mostly because we regularly executed criminals for their crimes, even offenses as "small" as theft. This works very well because White people have extremely low offense rates overall, with potential offenders being deterred by the risk of capital punishment. Unfortunately, we don't live in a White country anymore. We've been made to live alongside all the other races who are orders of magnitude more likely to kill, rape, and rob. Because of that, the government had to do away with traditional death penalties. If we still had them it would essentially be waging a soft genocide against minorities, and especially blacks. We can't even sentence blacks to prison appropriately because we would just be keeping all their men locked up, overloading the prison system and ensuring the ones we have to live around get even more angry and chaotic over time due to ethnic tribalism and perceived oppression. You can have safe society with low prison populations, or you can have society with non-whites. The worst possible outcome is what we have now, where we are forced into an increasingly dangerous multiracial society at the same time the government mandates the worst of them roam free.

I appreciate you engaging with me in good faith, but yes I am sure in my sentiments. There is a serious crime problem in the country, and the source of most of it is coming from the black community. A huge part of the problem is that offenders are not put in prison or kept there as outlined above. To your jobs comment, black people make up ~13% of the American population but contribute around 5% of GDP last I checked. The jobs they do perform are already not really contributing to anything, which is further highlighted by the outsized use of government programs (EBT, Section 8, etc) in black communities. The honest truth is that the average black person is a serious net negative on the economy/government. I don't bring that up to be mean, it is what it is, but it does mean we should be keeping the worst of that group off the streets. Fathers, jobs, whatever. It doesn't matter. A certain percentage of blacks are extremely hazardous to public safety and well being, and it is messed up our government continues to keep them on the streets. Often after they have already killed someone. Also, as inflammatory as I may appear, I don't actually think I'm a "racist". I don't really even believe that word means anything, I think it is a made up anti-white slur. I don't just hate people because they look different. If the stereotypes and stats with Africans was that they were super pleasant to be around and a positive influence on their surroundings, I wouldn't be on here doing this. Calling people racist for noticing it and wanting better is just a way to terminate thought and keep us from improving society.

Stephen Miller could HARDLY keep it together when Jesse Watters asked if President Trump had been following the Swalwell saga. MILLER: “Why, has he had a bad week Jesse? I haven’t been watching.” [Bursts out into laughter] Then Miller dropped what he said is the single most important part of the entire story — and it leaves the Democrat Party completely exposed. MILLER: “The most important part about this story, and look, Swalwell is a scumbag, he is a terrible person, the worst of the worst, the lowest of the low, the most dishonest of the most dishonest…” “But the real story here is how the Democrat party controls its members through blackmail.” “It’s got a blackmail file on all of its politicians and it uses them to leverage and control them until it’s time to release it.” “That is how sick and twisted the Democrat party is.” “That’s the next thread we have to pull out here.”
