Memorial Day is a long tradition in the south. Flags should be flown at half staff from daybreak till 12noon. To set a flag to half staff you should raise it to full staff then lower it. To take a flag down from half staff you should raise it to full staff then lower it. 👍🏻🇺🇲

BRANDON GILL: Is it true that your school libraries offer Islamic literature like the Quran and other things? MARCO HUNTER-LOPEZ: Yes, so McMillan Junior High and Wylie ISD offers a Quran but no Bible available. GILL: But no Bible, so there's a Quran but the Bible's not allowed. LOPEZ: Correct. GILL: Have you talked to the school about why they would allow a Quran but not a Bible? LOPEZ: The principals actually run away from me and hide, so I can't have a discussion with my principals because I act like an adult and they act like children. BREAKING: A Somali grocer, Abdidwahid Mohamed, has been charged in a $1.1 MILLION SNAP fraud scheme in Minneapolis. Investigators say he used other people's EBT cards to buy energy drinks and baby formula at Sam's Club and Costco, then resold the goods at his store. The scheme netted him $1,141,082 between March and August 2021. SNAP is supposed to feed needy families, not line the pockets of foreign criminals. They’ve taken Americans for suckers. No more importing the Third World!!
