Just majestic. A triple salchow followed by a camel spin then an upright double. That's an easy 9.5 in the eyes of the judges and I can't wait to see him compete in next year's Winter Olympics.

Definitely go see someone. I had a cold a few years ago (pre COVID times) and even though it settled within a few days I had a persistent cough for weeks, and occasionally became wheezy with it. Struggled to sleep etc. Ended up seeing a respiratory consultant colleague who prescribed me an inhaled steroid and it settled completely within days (I’m not asthmatic and never have been, but he said you can get a persistent cough which sort of self fuels - as the cough causes irritation - which causes more coughing - vicious circle)

Absolutely true. In the same way that “medical” cardiac arrest isn’t a diagnosis. They’re merely symptoms of underlying disease processes as you say, and those disease processes have very different treatments and a very different prognosis (eg. VF arrest secondary to arrhythmogenic causes in a 25 yr old will be different to VF secondary to a STEMI in an 80 yr old, and both are different to PEA secondary to septic shock, etc etc) I do worry that “lumping” cardiac arrests together is too over simplistic and will lead to some potential treatments being discarded as ineffective, when in reality they may have a role for a specific subset of patients. (We just need to find them ! #moreresearchneeded)

I worry that as traumatic cardiac arrest isn’t a diagnosis, the group will always be too heterogenous for any study to show a clinically significant difference. Head injury, haemorrhage (which rarely has a definition especially in arrest), hypoxia, tanponade, tension, spinal
James Yates@heli_med_james

Should we be using Adrenaline for traumatic cardiac arrest? A post hoc analysis of PARAMEDIC2 shows 3x higher survival to hospital admission with adrenaline v placebo. Small numbers and post-hoc analysis, so interpret with due caution qxmd.com/r/40026713

So there’s damaged luggage. And then there’s *damaged luggage*. This seemingly is the latter. No idea what the airline or handling company did to this bag !! (It’s my dad’s - happily at the end of his holiday). @easyJet - any clue ??

@MSFSofficial @MSFS_Support Any advice on how to get past the "Connect to Xbox Network" screen on #FlightSimulator2024 ? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting, etc. My son can't get past this screen after a couple of hours. (Yellow box to connect has a spinning circle)
