Don’t be fooled: AI applied to social apps will not be about talking to fake people. As with every tech development that preceded it—including video & photos—AI will be used to increase the resolution of communication. In practice, this will manifest as: (1) integrations into existing human-to-human threads to accelerate understanding of ideas, news, and trends (2) creative tools to widen the aperture of expression Certainly big businesses will be created with AI companions because plenty of people are lonely, but they will not see adoption at the scale of today’s mega networks.

@iamgdsa Any reason why multiple phones? I used to use several but now have 7 accounts on my main phone and tik tok is fine with it.

How I started my TikTok marketing hustle journey: 1/ Benchmarked a few competitors and analyzed viral content/strategies 2/ Bought 2 extra phones and SIMs (cheap Androids worked fine) 3/ Created three TT & IG accounts (1 set on main phone + 2 on the cheap phones) 4/ Warmed them up 5/ Followed everyone in my vertical on main phone (so I always got inspo when scrolling) 6/ Posted three different formats: one on each set of accounts. Can be: POV, slideshows, memes 7/ Posted two to three times a day on each account, never missed a day 8/ Once I found something that worked, I scaled hardcore

Instrumentation is so hard to get right that data will often deceive you, particularly with questions of product-market fit. So, how do you know if you have product-market fit? It will be so abundantly obvious that data will be the last thing that is giving you conviction.

@drgurner This is a dangerous way of thinking during a crisis. It can lead to tunnel vision. I refer you to the book 'black box thinking'.

To operate effectively through a crisis: Focus sharply on the *one thing* you can do next. Paralysis comes when people sit in emotion & overwhelm. "One thing" mindset begins motion - with a simple, clear foot forward. Do one thing...recenter, do another & keep going.
