I have failed you, Anakin. I have failed you. I should have known the Jedi were plotting to take over. Anakin, Chancellor Palpatine is evil! From my point of view, the Jedi are evil. Then you are lost! This is the end for you, my master. It's over, Anakin. I have the high ground. You underestimate my power. Don't try it. You were the chosen one! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them! Bring balance to the Force, not leave it in darkness! I hate you! You were my brother, Anakin. I loved you.

fox had that dog in him. perhaps the most beloved war hero in the republic does something he doesn’t like and he instantly has him escorted away. not one second of discernment, just a nod to the boys to get anakin out. fox didn’t have time for that childish shit

Sam Witwer compares Star Wars canon to “campfire stories.”
“Did Ahsoka Tano have blue lightsabers in the Siege of Mandalore, or were they green? Depends on which campfire you heard that story. Did Starkiller yank a Star Destroyer out of the sky, or did he mind trick the pilot? Well, depends on which campfire, who you were around when you heard the story, and who the teller of the story is.”

I like how in the flagship HD version, Kota’s tone sounds mocking and sardonic, almost like Starkiller coming to off him in Vader’s stead is like a huge practical joke. It suggests a man who is so confident in his mastery of the Force that he views Vader’s "apprentice" as a mere lackey.
But in the SD version, he’s more insulted and bitter, like all the effort trying to draw Vader out of hiding was all for nothing if Vader won’t see him as an equal threat to himself and the Empire. By sending an unknown boy, Vader hasn't just sent a weak opponent; he has signaled that Kota is no longer worth his personal attention.
