Hey @whirlpool_india I have a ticket created THA03012534411 , however there are no new updates for a week now. Can you have a look why it's getting delayed ? This is my first whirlpool product and I am beginning to feel that I made a bad switch.

@IPPBOnline I have shared complaint no. in above msg it has all details on it. The issue is a non relflecting debit transaction. I have sent an email now.

@IPPBOnline can you please help me get my issue resolved I have raised a Complaint Reference Number is CR103771856 and trying to reach your IVR support on 155299 unfortunately this IVR is not even taking DTMF on time and is busy for most attempts. I feel helpless !

@whirlpool_india I proposed a fair counter-offer based on the actual website price, but no response for days. Now, I can't even reach Whirlpool support. No updates, no accountability!

@whirlpool_india They later proposed a replacement with a depreciation-based pricing model, but their website shows inconsistent pricing for the same model. ₹42,300 vs ₹32,900? 🤔

@whirlpool_india 3/ After 19 days, I asked for an update. Whirlpool then informed me that they had no ETA for the part. No alternative solution was offered initially. Frustrating!

@whirlpool_india 2/ I escalated the matter via email & tagged @Whirlpool. They finally responded, saying the compressor was unavailable. Promised priority shipment, but weeks later, still no fix.

@UIDAI hi I have enrolled for address change through the UIDAI self service update portal . It has been two days now that the response is still the same. Says please check in few days. Urn: 00000063195425 Can anyone check on this please.

Same has happened with me. I am not able to login since the update. I have dropped an email to utsonmobile.wr@gmail.com but waiting for a response. The number are not working . I am having season ticket on the app. #utsonmobile @PiyushGoyal
