@POferries hello I have a ticket for the hull to Rotterdam ferry on Friday with a transfer to Amsterdam, returning on Sunday. I was wondering if it would be possible to change the Saturday morning coach transfer to a Rotterdam transfer instead, please?

@POferries Hi P&O team, I'm seeking clarification on my booking as I've been advised two different things over the phone. I have a ferry on the 11th July but unfortunately been booked in for an operation on the 10th. Want to re-book for 28th Nov.

@sainsburys hi sainsbos, sorry to be a complainant but really poor experience with click and collect today. We have a fully mouldy pepper, daffs that are already opening, and boxes that were so poorly packed that yoghurt split and a ham packet was open.

@nextofficial hi, really disappointed I paid almost £5 for delivery on a nominated day and they have failed to deliver two days in a row. Understand that you use Evri, but if I'd known it was going to be so unreliable I would have chosen to collect for free. :(

@whotheheckable Hi Alice, a group change is instant when this request is made, it doesn't take effect at the end of the month - if you would like your group temporarily changed back you can send us a DM with your Unlimited card number and we can do this for you

@cineworld hi, I requested to have my group changed via customer services this week but you've changed me over before the month has ended and I'm now being charged a surcharge for visiting a cinema outside the grouping.
