Assam: CM @himantabiswa gifted his ₹2-Lakh worth watch to his Gen-Z admirer. But, on the other hand, many such Gen-Z are waiting for him to help them.
Weeks back, a Gen-Z in Golaghat was killed by three of his friends (2-juvenile, 1-adult) for ₹3,000. Accused were arrested, later released.
There is no investigation, no help or assistance to the victim’s family despite them fighting for his justice.

Today’s strike is heading towards a GRAND SUCCESS. 🚩🚩🚩 Almost all bankers are on the streets. PSU banks, including RRB, young and senior colleagues everyone together on strike for #5DaysBanking. This itself shows the strength and unity of the banking fraternity. In my view, this is one of the biggest and most successful strikes the banking industry has seen in years. This success must give courage and confidence to our leadership to move forward not just for five day banking but also for fair wage revision. Today bankers have shown that when leadership takes a stand the entire workforce stands behind them. Yes a few colleagues could not join due to union constraints or unavoidable situations we understand their position. But I strongly believe their hearts are with the strike and next time they will surely be on the frontlines. Remember 80 to 90% of bankers today are from the young generation. In the last 15 years this new workforce has grown and for the first time in RRBs & PSUs, everyone is fighting together. This unity is historic. Let’s make this strike a grand success and prepare ourselves for the next struggle. Kudos to the senior bankers who showed us the path. MOST UNFORTUNATE: Bangladesh out of ICC World Cup, replaced by Scotland. Too much politics, too few genuine cricket lovers in admin are dangerous for sport. The Mustafizur decision was illogical and made under pressure from right wing extremists, Bangladeshi ‘retaliation’ was emotional and not rational and ICC acted like a Trumpian extension of BCCI.. Surely common sense could have settle issue amicably: NO ONE (ICC, BCCI or BCB) comes out of this smelling of roses. 🙏

This was observed inside the Rangiya Railway Station premises. My question to the authorities is: is it illegal to park our vehicles within the railway station parking area? Since this infrastructure is built using taxpayers' money, why is public parking restricted?
