@PIPMUNCH@I_Am_The_ICT You pretty much explained my initial expierence studying the 2024 mentorship, I’m finishing it out rn and going back and rewatching it again and taking another round of notes.
Yes, it doesn't have to be beautiful it's about the process from your brain to your hand. As long as you are able to read it it's fine. Then you watch again without writing or typing, just listening and watching. You will notice if you've missed something.
And then you watch a third time while typing/pausing/grabbing screenshots/putting everything in to something like obsidian or notion (i prefer obsidian) and you connect time stamps and lectures etc. Don't look at it as labour, look at it as studying. When you're done, you've already studied and you have pretty neat notes to go back to when you need to.
Poor decisions equal drawdown or a loss.
Focus on getting out of drawdown by simply making a series of good choices. Make a plan then follow it.
- Clean the room
- Hit the Gym
- Mindfulness and Prayer
- Read a chapter of a book
- Further development of my trade system
Fun fact: My medals for martial arts. That's why i like calling @I_Am_The_ICT sensei.
Not tall, but i've won a first place at the national championship (fighting), national third place for kata, and a third place fighting at European championship. Gonna find a way back to it🥷
Every decision counts.
You can’t run from the choices you make. You made them.
Own your actions.
Be accountable for how you move.
If you want a different outcome, stop doing the same thing.
Always move with purpose.
How much effort are you prepared to put in?
Some have already considered quitting without ample time and energy spent on this craft.
When some tap out, give up or whine it is complicated; I don't pity them.
That is a testimony to laziness.
If you don't believe it is for you, I agree.
NEW: The neighbor who was allegedly punched by actor Alan Ritchson, explains to TMZ how the incident started, says he told the actor to "slow it down."
"I did push him because he was coming towards me on his, on his bike."
"He did it again for a second time. I pushed him a second time, and I think the second time he got off his bike and kicked the crap outta me."

@UbiquiteeShirt I’m happy with 25-100 handles honestly. I see the 200 handle runs and am like, awww if I would’ve held, I stop myself, and remind myself how grateful I am for securing what handles I did for the day.
