Scott’s framing ignores the real issue: the SAVE Act would force millions especially women with name changes, young voters, and people of color to produce passports or birth certificates just to register, disenfranchising eligible citizens when non-citizen voting is virtually nonexistent. @GaysForTrump Have you considered that this will disproportionately effect poorer voters in general? I’m a blue voter in a red state. Lots of ppl won’t and don’t have access to funds to order a new birth certificate or pay for a passport. A real ID should be enough and it is already required.

Realizing the falsehood that blacks are too poor to get an ID wasn't working, Democrats now claim if the SAVE Act passes it will affect married women who took their husband's last name. They lie about anything and everything!
