How XRP will reach $300 *Part 3* The XRP price used by banks for transfers is calculated through ODL *On-Demand Liquidity* Circulating XRP does not mean the number of XRP you can find at that exact moment. The price is not calculated based on the circulating supply. If a bank's transfer amount is $200 billion and the XRP price is $20, it requires 10 billion XRP to execute this payment. In a coin with a circulating supply of 61 billion, single transfers of 3, 5, or 10 billion would create a bottleneck(The system will clog up) after all, we are talking about the global banking network, not just a single bank. You cannot conduct the transfers of 13,000 banks with small values like $10 or $20. Do not forget to include the DTCC and many other institutional firms among them "DYOR" XRP Velocity doesn't replace liquidity depth. You need to consider the "simultaneous" volume of global transactions. Even with a 3-5second settlement, the total value locked in transit at any given moment across thousands of banks is trillions. If the transaction volume exceeds the pool's depth, slippage is inevitable. No matter how fast the pipe is, if the volume of water is greater than the pipe's diameter "price" , the system bottlenecks and slippage. Example: Let's say XRP is a super fast car. 300 cars are moving very fast, but the tunnel has only 20 lanes, so an accident occurs at the tunnel entrance, creating a "bottleneck". The tunnel needs to be large so that 300 cars *300 transactions* can pass through smoothly. This thesis was written considering that banks will use XRP after the clarity act passes. If you missed yesterday's $XRP announcement, this is what I was referring to. Most people still don't get the significance, so allow me to elaborate: During SEC v. Ripple Labs it surfaced that there were 1,700 NDA's between Ripple and other companies. A lot of people speculated that those NDA's pertained to banks. Yesterday's announcement is not Speculation. Ripple publicly confirmed not just 1,700, but 13,000 banks connected through their system where $12.5T flows. Putting that into perspective, there are 4,336 registered 'Banks and Savings Institutions' in the United States. There are also 4,287 'Credit Unions'. Many of these institutions are international throughout Western civilization. That means that Ripple is now promulgated into almost every western (anglo-society) banking institution. That is where the $12.5T number comes from. But you don't care about that right? You want to know what it will do for the price of XRP. Let's go apply the Bakkes Pipeline (Stock to flow) model: If 20,000,000,000 $XRP move $12.5 Trillion annually the average price per $XRP is $625. That $589 number and the chart I've shared many times do not look so far out of reach now, do they? There is hopium, and then there is this 👇

In a 2025 discussion, @SenWarren bragged to me about being the leading force behind the months-long delay of Fed Chair Jay Powell’s renomination. I told her that her political grandstanding helped pave the way for the Biden-era inflation crisis, the worst America has suffered since the 1970s. It is disappointing to see that the Harvard Square inflationista has learned little from that fiasco. Now, she is trying to delay Kevin Warsh’s confirmation as Fed Chair, once again putting politics ahead of the well-being of the American people. To paraphrase an old saying, “she has learned nothing and forgotten nothing.”
