We’re on the Hill every day this week pushing for Clarity. Today, @SummerMersinger and @LindsayFraser0 joined @Multicoin’s @xethalis and @Coinbase’s @RobinRCook in the Senate to brief staff on the Clarity Act as we approach a floor vote. It’s time for Clarity. 🇺🇸

One of the most overlooked aspects of the Clarity Act is that it's fundamentally a consumer protection bill. Our latest thread explains why. 👇

Proud to join this coalition in urging the CFPB to finalize an open banking rule that protects consumers’ right to access and share their own financial data without fees or arbitrary limits. Open access means more competition, greater choice, and continued financial innovation.
