@meandorla It’s basic self care - we all do it in favour of the task in hand. Wish I could ignore hunger though.

Recently I’ve realised how much I ignore or resist all my bodily sensations. Hungry? Suppress it. Sleepy? Fight it. Need the loo? Resist until I’m dancing a squirmy jig of desperation in my chair. And don’t even get me started on my emotions. Is it just me?
