@WeAreOpenreach hi, I had booked an engineer to come inspect my line, via now broadband, and they didn't turn up. I phoned now tv who advised that the engineer didn't turn up as "the customer had cancelled the appointment" I haven't done this and now have missed a day of work

@EnolaBay59 @ShaunLintern Wales already has NHS numbers. Scotland uses CHI numbers which should eventually also be abolished and merged with NHS numbers in England and Wales. Not sure about Northern Ireland.

@gmcuk Tone deaf. Pull the plans and sit down again with the BMA, colleges, medical and surgical societies to pick a plan going forward that addresses concerns. If you concerned that concerns have arisen now then maybe your comms at the time have been suboptimal. Listen, think, engage.
