Absolutely killer for the hamstrings 👇🏼 If your gym has a GHD machine.. can’t recommend it enough Unfortunately I hardly ever see anyone using it. If they are, it’s usually for abs This will test your hamstring strength. Just a few reps will have them feeling like they’re cramping If you can’t do a full rep yet, just focus on doing “negatives” Meaning the way down.. go slow. Control it. Then use your arms to help get back to the top Progress into full reps. Up & down

The big selection flub today was the base of midfield, Marco needs to accept blame for that, otherwise there was enough players on the pitch today to get a result, guys who've been in around the first team with considerable minutes if not flat out starters. Blame goes everywhere.
