As expected @benHill56 had a spectacular implosion with about 5km to go and despite some walking/stretching got to the line 3rd overall and 1st in age-group @IRONMANtri Port Macquarie 70.3. Not bad after a last minute entry from the waitlist and only 6 weeks training.

Why would an infant need protection from something spread almost exclusively by shared use of IV needles? There are other causes of infection b. the chances were astronomical in our situation

@marshall_steven I could probably swallow this but for one thing: Can’t exercise alone or even walk around the block. Based on that, I believe this has nothing to do with public health. The people who made this decision are corrupted by concerns about their image, if not more. Furious.

South Australians will pause and create a 6 day circuit breaker that will enable us to get ahead of the Parafield Cluster. This means all non-essential workers must stay home and only leave for groceries and medical supplies. We are doing this to keep SA safe and strong.
