The reason I continue to press the nutrition and health issue is because this is the cornerstone of change in our society It takes WORK to change society. The kind of work you simply cannot do if you can't do the bare minimum of taking care of your body and mind Your gonna fight against globalism, inflation, grooming, gigantic pharma companies with unlimited money and power, corrupt powerful governments with armies, and you can't stop yourself from eating that giant bowl of pasta and downing a coke? How are you gonna freedom fight when you don't even have the energy to raise your own children? Vast majority of homes are two parents working out the home. This includes the freedom side of the aisle. So you send your children to government indoctrination camps and then get home to tired to educate or be in the moment. Even if you did manage to gather the energy, the indoctrination was 8 hours and you gave them 2. True change starts in the home and family. That starts with healthy parents who work all day and night to guide the family towards righteous values and ambition. Yes its hard, so hard it feels impossible. That's why you need the foundation of health in body and mind to have any hope in success This nutrition stuff isn't just some hobby of mine. It really matters. The matrix wants you to be to fat, to lazy, and to sick to fight back. Especially you men. Without standards and discipline, honor and virtue your just a cog in the machine The good news is this can be fixed and it starts with us men. Stand up, off the couch, and start to lead your family. If your single become the man who will lead his family well. That starts with your body and your mind.
